Pile of steaks in the middle of a busy road might do it, but I’m not a huge fan of punishing the pet for the owner’s faults.

Is there any way you could get the dogs to sit still long enough to remove their collars without getting bitten?(then call in a couple of strays)

I had a rather similar day. It makes for a relatively stress-less day, but nothing actually got done but some lip flapping, and so I’m behind.

Can’t help with the van, but the one time someone tried to “walk” their dog through my yard I put the prong collar on Apollo and took him out to do his business, for some strange reason the person in question called their dog in really quickly and disappeared down the street……now if only I could get the idiots across the street to reliably tie up their dogs instead of “forgetting” and letting them run loose….
