  1. Slice in half lengthwise and fry before doing up eggs in the same pan. And home-fries.

    Or jumbalaya.

    Or brown and fill a quiche.

    Or kale soup.

  2. Or make chicken paprikash with it crumbled/browned and serve over dirty rice.
