If, say, one were to want to start putting together an AR15, what tools would they need? Roll pin punches, armorer’s wrench, a magazine block… what else? Hypothetically, or course; we wouldn’t want any more of those evil things on the streets than there already are.

I’d skip the magazine well vice block since your lower is already built. And I can loan you my upper receiver block if you decide to build your own upper and want to save some cash.
If you acquire AR building tools, you must be very careful never to have any extra parts. Just sayin. This is sort of a law of nature, unlike the situation with Governor Howdy Doody.
Hmmm. I was under the impression that if your project ended and you didn’t have left over pieces, you are doing something wrong.
