Nice! I assume you dehydrated them first? Hubby ADORED the jalapeno jelly I made this past summer, so I was thinking I’d do extra plants to do more jelly next year, as several other family members expressed an interest in trying it and I didn’t have enough jars to go around….
Indeed. My mother made plenty of pepper/peach jam, which is pretty good, too.
