I was given some celery

I don’t really like celery, so.i chopped it up into a fine paste, along with some onions and carrots, added some bacon, dug in the cupboards, and wound up with lentil soup. Mmmmm…

    I’m grilling chicken, salmon, and asparagus to go with basmati rice right now and still want a bowl of that. Lentils are awesome and far underrated.
