With rum sauce and strawberries:

My first cheesecake ever.  The top was cracked, but the rum sauce was nice and thick and covered it all up just fine.

I should do more foodblogging…

    To keep the next one from cracking start with everything at room temperature mix on low and don’t over mix and when the cake finishes baking turn the over off and open the door and allow the cake to cool.
